Palomino Supply uses the contact, order, delivery and request details you provide to process purchases, arrange pickup or shipping, provide support and keep required business records. Square processes card payments; we do not receive or store your full card number or security code. Our hosting, authentication, storage, email and delivery providers process the information needed to provide their services, including Firebase, Vercel, Render, Brevo and any carrier used for your shipment. We use limited storefront activity and attribution information to operate and understand the shop. We do not sell your personal information or enroll you in marketing merely because you buy or contact us. Email newsletters and fresh-drop announcements require a separate opt-in; unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email. Essential order messages are separate. Customer request photos are private; when you request an item assessment, necessary item images/details may be processed by our analysis providers. Avoid including sensitive personal information in photos. We retain order and tax records as required and keep other information only as needed for its purpose, dispute handling and suppression of unwanted messages. To request access, correction or deletion, or ask about privacy, use our Contact page or write to Palomino Supply, 1110 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628. Some records must be retained for legal or accounting obligations. No system is completely secure. We may update this policy; the current version appears here. Effective October 19, 2026. Support messages include your signed-in account reference when available and are sent to the Palomino team. We remove the message, submitted email and account reference from Headcount support records after 90 days; email copies may remain with recipients and service providers under their retention settings.
